Many people want to change their personality but don't reach for perfection. They maybe want to be a little more conscientious or a little less introvert. But is that possible? Mathias Allemand from the University of Zürich started a study where 1500 volunteers should choose one personal characteristic they want to change, based one the "Big Five" (neuroticism, extraversion, compatibility, openness, conscientiousness).
